The staff told us that they don’t bake the bread themselves and the kinds of bread they sell depends on what the baker gives them on that particular day. We even gave it a third visit to look for the multiseed sourdough but there was none on that day. The multiseed sourdough was chewy, smelled delectable and so tasty! We gave it a second visit and there was no more multiseed sourdough but we bought a chia seed sourdough which also tasted good. Cusco City Walking Tour and found it was selling 100% sourdough so we returned after the tour and bought a multiseed sourdough. This cozy little place has the best sourdough I’ve ever had!!! Located just a few blocks away from the main plaza.
